Headwater Projects Inc. - a Vancouver-based company formed by four partners with a goal to create a real estate and development business focusing on revenue properties with growth opportunity.

Since its inception in 2007, Headwater has successfully acquired and redeveloped commercial and residential properties in locations strategically selected based on proximity to community amenities, accessible transportation, and overall desirability.
